The principal of the firm, Fareed Fetto claims 50 years’ experience in the construction industry as a structural and building designer who, in the early years, undertook party wall commissions under the old London Building Act, and, since the mid-nineties began to specialise largely in party wall matters under the new Act together with construction safety under the CDM Regulations.

 

Practising through the years as a sole proprietor and a medium-sized partnership, culminating to today’s Fareed Fetto & Co, the practices have thrived, involving a number of colleagues, who have now become notable professionals in their own right while this practice continues to thrive under its current identity.

 

The firm is a specialist, keeping up knowledge skill and experience in the following subjects:

• Party Wall Surveyor (The Party Wall etc. Act 1996)

• Principal Designer / CDM Consultant (The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015)

• Structural Engineering – Particular Aspects

 

The principal acts as an Expert Witness in party wall matters, especially where there are engineering considerations.

 

Fareed Fetto & Co prides itself on never having advertised itself and obtains commissions from Clients / Appointing Owners, both long-standing and new, who discover the firm by word of mouth and remain.
